Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating, updating and executing automated test cases in C# based on supplied requirements against web applications
• Work with team members in adopting and learning test automation techniques
• Analyze test results and collaborate with the development team to expedite bug fixes
• Develop unit, integration, and functional tests
• Keeps supervisor informed of testing project status and raises issues as necessary
• Participates in the design, construction, implementation, and support of functionally complex web based software and test cases that meet the business requirements
• Coordinates and synchronizes activities with the larger team schedule

Position Requirements

• 2+ years proven development or QA Automation work experience required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business field, computer science, or related discipline strongly preferred
• Hands-on use of TFS, Jira or similar bug tracking software (Ideal)
• C# coding skills required
• Familiarity with testing in multiple web browsers such as Chrome, FireFox, Safari, and Internet Explorer required
• Experience in .NET, Microsoft Team Foundation Server(TFS), and Microsoft Test Manager(MTM), and knowledge in Jenkins is a plus
• Strong written and verbal client communication and follow up
• Works well in multiple projects at once with a high degree of attention to detail

Precision Design Studios is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to perform QA testing in an eCommerce solutions testing. This position reports to the Senior QA Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive software testing, adhering to established guidelines and procedures
• Work closely with the QA and development teams to plan and write tests cases
• Keeps supervisor informed of testing project status and raises issues as necessary
• Production support of release management and emergency fixes
• Contribute your tools to the QA team's test suites and testing infrastructure
• Represent QA in design, functional requirements, and code reviews
• Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process
• Execute and monitor testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected
• Track, report and verify software defects to ensure the resolution of issues found

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business field, computer science, or related discipline strongly preferred

Position Summary

Precision Design Studios is seeking a full time ASP.NET Web Developer in our Providence, RI headquarters. The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ASP.NET (preferably MVC), C#, and front end web technologies (HTML, JS, and CSS). Successful applicants will work on cutting edge technologies in the eCommerce space supporting a variety of clients in a fast-paced environment with an unbeatable team culture! These positions report to the Senior Solution Architect Team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Leads other team members in the development of creative solutions for eCommerce projects in accordance with project objectives
• Manages the design, construction, implementation, and support of functionally complex web based software that meets the business requirements
• Works with Project Leaders, Business Units, IT Team, and clients to review the business requirements, prepare technical design documents, and develop prototypes as needed
• Performs software construction, unit testing, and debugging which may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions
• Coordinates and synchronizes software construction done by other developers according to implementation instructions either prepared by the applicant or by a Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Delivers online or in-person product training to customers at all levels of the organization
• Explains the benefits of our client system based on the identified needs of the client
• Provides training materials and documentation for client training courses
• Handles any questions relating to how their service helps their organization
• Works in partnership with Senior Ecommerce Solution Strategists to ensure new users are on-boarded successfully
• Follows up with clients after on-boarding to ensure comfort level and quality customer service
• Identifies areas for improvement or opportunity areas, formulates a strategic solution, and drives that solution to supervisor
